These Terms govern the entire relationship between you and 87pk in respect of your access to and use of the 87pk platform, including all casino games, sports betting services, live dealer tables, fishing games, slots, bonus programmes, payment services, and customer support channels made available at 87pk.net.

You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 87pk login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. All activity undertaken using your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been conducted by you and is your sole responsibility.

If you have reason to believe that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify 87pk immediately via live chat or the contact email. 87pk will take reasonable steps to secure your account following such notification, but accepts no liability for losses incurred prior to notification.

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. This includes your registered mobile number, email address, and payment method details. An account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months is classified as inactive. 87pk may apply an administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with applicable platform policy, which will be communicated to the registered contact before any deduction is made. Players are advised to log in periodically to maintain account activity.

All deposits on 87pk are made in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) using approved payment methods including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Raast, 1LINK, Debit Card, Bank Transfer, and Cash OTC. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the 87pk cashier at the time of transaction.

Deposits made via approved methods are typically credited to your 87pk account instantly or within a short processing window. 87pk is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, including mobile wallet providers or banking institutions.

You must only use payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted. 87pk reserves the right to reverse any deposit identified as originating from a payment instrument not registered to the account holder and to suspend the account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests are subject to identity and payment verification prior to processing. Verified accounts typically receive withdrawals via JazzCash and EasyPaisa within 5–30 minutes during operational hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take longer depending on the receiving institution.

• Verification: 87pk may require identity documents, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum Withdrawal: Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• Bonus Funds: Bonus balances are not withdrawable until applicable wagering requirements have been met. Only real-money balances that satisfy all applicable conditions may be withdrawn.
• Matching Methods: Withdrawals will generally be directed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit where technically possible.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution percentages by game category are displayed in the bonus terms for each promotion.
• Expiry: All bonuses have an expiry period. Bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: In general, only one active bonus may be held at a time. Opting into a new promotion while an existing bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the existing bonus. Check individual promotion terms for specific rules.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit bonuses through irregular betting patterns, arbitrage, use of multiple accounts, or any other method deemed abusive by 87pk will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and potentially the closure of the account.
• Right to Withdraw Offers: 87pk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.

All bets placed on 87pk, whether on casino games, live dealer tables, slot machines, fishing games, or sports betting markets, are final once confirmed. 87pk does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after confirmation unless a manifest error has occurred on the part of 87pk.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault, a data feed error, or a human input mistake — 87pk reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. 87pk will notify affected players of any void arising from a manifest error as soon as reasonably practicable.

In the event of a technical malfunction affecting any game on the 87pk platform, the round or spin affected will be voided and the stake returned. Winnings generated from a malfunctioning game are not valid. 87pk operates certified RNG systems across all eligible games and maintains live dealer game recordings to resolve disputes.

Sports betting markets, including cricket, PSL, football, and UFC, are governed by the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type, which are displayed within the sportsbook section of 87pk. In-play bets are accepted subject to availability and platform connection. 87pk is not responsible for bet placement failures resulting from connectivity issues on the player's side.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 87pk platform and will result in account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Creating or operating more than one registered account.
• Using another person's account or payment credentials without their explicit authorisation.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or software to interact with the 87pk platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, match-fixing, or coordinated play to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, game glitches, or vulnerabilities to generate unintended winnings.
• Engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating duplicate accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses.
• Using the 87pk platform for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or reproduce any part of the 87pk platform or its underlying code.
• Accessing 87pk from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited.

87pk actively monitors for prohibited conduct using automated detection systems, manual review, and third-party fraud prevention services. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account action and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities.

All content on the 87pk platform — including but not limited to the 87pk brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, promotional materials, software, and written content — is the intellectual property of 87pk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 87pk platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial use of any 87pk content without prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 87pk's total liability to any player arising from or in connection with the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

87pk expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, loss of data, or any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service interruptions caused by factors outside 87pk's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, government actions, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from the player's failure to maintain the security of their account credentials.
• Delays in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any decisions made by the player based on information presented on the 87pk platform, including odds, statistics, or promotional communications.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits 87pk's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by 87pk's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

87pk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe, controlled environment for its players. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above. Gaming should be treated as entertainment, not as a source of income or a method to resolve financial difficulties.

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.

You may close your 87pk account at any time by contacting 87pk support via live chat. Prior to closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account — net of any outstanding wagering requirements — will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method subject to standard verification requirements.

87pk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected or confirmed fraudulent activity, including identity fraud or payment fraud.
• Suspected or confirmed bonus abuse.
• Failure to provide adequate identity verification documentation when requested.
• Account inactivity in excess of twelve months combined with a non-zero balance that cannot be returned to an active payment method.
• A regulatory or legal requirement to close the account.

Upon account closure by 87pk for breach, any bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money balances may be subject to retention pending investigation and will be released upon satisfactory resolution of any outstanding dispute.

In the event of any dispute regarding a bet outcome, transaction, bonus, or account action, players should contact 87pk support via live chat in the first instance. 87pk will acknowledge all formal disputes within 48 hours and aims to resolve them within 14 calendar days of receiving complete information from the player.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through 87pk's internal process, the player may escalate the matter to the relevant dispute resolution body designated by the applicable gaming licensing authority, details of which are available on the 87pk platform. The decision of the designated dispute resolution body shall be final and binding.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute arising from or related to your use of 87pk shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which 87pk holds its international gaming license. Nothing in this clause affects any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under local law.

87pk reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material amendments are made, 87pk will notify registered players via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, or by way of a prominent notice on the 87pk platform.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated in the header of this page. Continued use of the 87pk platform after the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using 87pk and may close your account as described in Section 11.
